REFUND POLICY

All payments may be refunded in full within 90 days of purchase, upon request to "sales@ocmnet.com" or by opening a support ticket at our Support Desk and requesting a refund.

After 90 days, no refunds will be made on products without recurring charges (single payment products).

On annual recurring cost products (annual memberships), refunds after 90 days will calculated based on the average monthly cost of annual membership, minus any commissions paid to affiliates, and then multiplied by the number of months remaining on the membership.

After 90 days Refund Example:
  • Annual membership cost is $120
  • Affiliate commissions paid is $60
  • Total amount available for refund is $120 - $60 = $60
  • Average monthly amount: $60/12 months = $5/month
  • If there are 6 months remaining on the annual membership, then 6 x $5 = $30 refundable amount.

If you cannot abide by the REFUND POLICY, then do not agree to these Terms of Use and purchase a product or service from THE COMPANY.
